Reliance Industries (RIL), founded by Dhirubhai Ambani and now run by his elder son Mukesh Ambani, is India's largest private corporate by revenue. The group has been restructured around Mukesh's three children — Akash (digital + Jio), Anant (energy + materials) and Isha (retail) — with formal succession announced in August 2023. Jio Financial Services was demerged from RIL in 2023 and listed separately, anchoring the group's NBFC + payments + AMC ambitions.
