Downstox Games

Play with real market data

Not a trading simulator and not a contest. Each game replays something that already happened on the exchange and asks you to read it, then shows you what the market actually did. There is no money involved, nothing to enter, and nothing to win but a streak.

NewClosing auction

Auction Drift

India’s closing price is set by a call auction between 15:20 and 15:30, and the indicative price moves the whole way through it. You see the opening ticks of a real one. Call where it finished: higher, lower, or flat.

Commit on fewer ticks for more points. That trade is real, not decoration: with five ticks showing, two auctions in five still move more than 0.2 percent, and by twenty ticks only one in five does.

NSE’s own historical file blanks the indicative price column, so this path exists in public form only in our archive. You cannot look up the answer.

3,077 rounds from 6 captured sessions, 14 Aug 2026 to 21 Aug 2026. More arrive every trading day.

Daily charts

Chart Whisperer

A real chart loads with its last twelve candles hidden. Drag a projection where you think price went, lock it in, and watch the real candles unfold over your guess.

One streak across the hub

XP and your daily streak are shared between games, so a round of either counts toward the same run. You can play without an account; scores are only saved once you have one, and nothing is saved before that.

A streak counts calendar days in IST. Miss a day and it resets, which is the only pressure either game applies.

XP is pooled across every game, so two rows may have earned their points in different games. Rank is total XP, which rewards playing often as well as calling well.

These are games, not investment advice

Downstox is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing here is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every round is scored against a price that has already settled, so no game on this page expresses any view about what a price will do next. Being right in a game says nothing about any future trade. There is no money, no wager, no entry fee and no prize.
